Synopsis

The story revolves around a romantic rivalry between Parolito (Dolphy) a simple barrio barber and George Buyog (Panchito) a rich businessman. They are enamored by the same object of affection-- a beautiful "probinsyana", Champaca (Rosanna) whose beauty and sweet character kept the two rivals desperate to win her heart.
