Synopsis

No beauty. No brains. No hope. Until she turned gay.
Ginnifer Balisteros (Keanna R.) is a sad and insecure woman who feels the need to win a beauty pageant to prove her self-worth and to fulfill her mother’s dying wish. However, she loses the crown for the nth time in a prestigious beauty pageant, then gets dumped by her boyfriend. Her aunt (Eugene D.) convinces her to try another cosmetic surgery but she backs out at the last minute and runs off till she loses her consciousness.

Three metrosexual gays – Jason (Jayson G.), Miguel (Franzen F.) and Dino (Bobby A.) – find Ginnifer unconcious. Thinking that she’s a desperate gay, stricken with amnesia, they decide to make her their latest gay beauty queen protégé. This might be her last chance to win a crown, Ginnifer pretends to be gay.
