Synopsis

Abject poverty and compounding problems lead John Puruntong (Dolphy) to leave for the United States in search for greener pastures. With his son Rolly (Rolly Quizon) in tow, the two try to pursue the American Dream. However, the grass did not at all seem greener once they got there. After being swindled by an illegal recruiter, they go into hiding to avoid getting deported. This led them to find work at a factory, which unknown to John, was one of the biggest drug rings in the States.
