CITIZEN PINOY, the immigration show Atty. Michael J. Gurfinkel and Gel Santos-Relos co-host weekly on The Filipino Channel (TFC) is a public service program that serves the need of the Filipino audiences for information on the various possibilities, issues, and problems of immigration.

Through hard work, determination, and years of experience in immigration, litigation, and negotiation, Atty. Michael J. Gurfinkel has helped thousands of Filipinos solve their immigration problems, be reunited with their loved ones, and live the "American Dream."

Gel Santos-Relos is a 20-year media veteran having hosted some of the most critically acclaimed shows in Philippine television. She was named Best Public Affairs Host and Best Public Service Host among many others. These achievements helped Gel obtain her Permanent Resident status (Green Card) in the United States when she petitioned herself as an Alien of Extra-Ordinary Ability in 2001.
